This is a professionally filmed 40 minute video of a general reflexology treatment - the basic routine that I teach to my diploma students when they first begin learning.  

Use this as a support tool if you are learning reflexology, or have a go at practising it on family and friends to get a taste of what being a Reflexologist is like.
